1. General Refund Policy
At Avenore, we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. However, given the nature of our digital services and consulting, refund eligibility depends entirely on the specific service purchased and the stage of execution.
2. Professional & Legal Services
Fees paid for business registration, GST filing, trademark registration, or any compliance-related services are strictly non-refundable once the application has been drafted or submitted to the respective government portal. Any government fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
3. Digital & Development Services
For web development, CRM, and digital marketing projects, refunds are only applicable if requested within 15 days of payment, provided no work has commenced. Once project milestones are met or development has started, refunds will not be issued.
4. Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation and refund, please email our support team at support@avenore.in with your invoice details and a valid reason for cancellation. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days if approved.
5. Approved Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 45-60 working days, subject to standard banking processing times.
