Refund Policy

Clear and transparent guidelines on how we handle cancellations and refunds.

1. General Refund Policy

At Avenore, we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. However, given the nature of our digital services and consulting, refund eligibility depends entirely on the specific service purchased and the stage of execution.

2. Professional & Legal Services

Fees paid for business registration, GST filing, trademark registration, or any compliance-related services are strictly non-refundable once the application has been drafted or submitted to the respective government portal. Any government fees paid are strictly non-refundable.

3. Digital & Development Services

For web development, CRM, and digital marketing projects, refunds are only applicable if requested within 3 days of payment, provided no work has commenced. Once project milestones are met or development has started, refunds will not be issued.

4. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation and refund, please email our support team at support@avenore.in with your invoice details and a valid reason for cancellation. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days if approved.

5. Approved Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days, subject to standard banking processing times.
